Diablo Powerhouse Tailrace Restoration EA
This Environmental Assessment (EA) evaluates a proposal by Seattle City Light to excavate a cobble bar that has expanded into the tailrace below the Diablo Powerhouse and is reducing power production. The EA includes several Appendices, which due to their large file size are posted as separate files.
