Restoration Plan

The National Park Service is proposing strategies and treatments to protect and restore the park's natural resources as described in a new Restoration Plan. To inform and solicit input from the public and make the best decisions regarding this plan, the park has assessed the environmental impacts of proposed alternatives in an Environmental Assessment (EA). The alternatives include aerial delivery of restoration treatments (i.e., application of herbicides to treat invasive non-native plants).

We invite and appreciate your continued participation in this process. Please provide your input and comments by February 24, 2014.
