Road Closure CE

This is the unsigned Categorical Exclusion (CE) that would ammend the Isa Lake Bridge Reconstruction Environmental Assessment to allow a road closure during a portion of the construction period. The change would result in reduced impacts from not constructing a temporary bridge north of the existing bridge, a shortened time schedule, and reduced cost.
