Elwha River Hatchery and Genetic Management Plan/Environmental Assessment
This Environmental Assessment was completed by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to analyze the impacts of NFMS's determination that five hatchery programs for Elwha River salmon and steelhead as described in join state-tribal hatchery and genetic management plans and one tribal harvest plan satisfy the Endangered Species Act Section 4(d) rule.
