Finding of No Significant Impact

Lewis and Clark National Historical Park released the Colewort Creek Wetland Restoration Environmental Assessment on June 15, 2012. After analzying comments were received during a 30 day public comment period and a public meeting at the park on June 19, the NPS released a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI).

This Finding of No Significant Impact and the Environmental Assessment (EA) constitutes the record of the environmental impact analysis and decision-making process for this restoration project. The National Park Service (NPS) will implement Alternative 3, the NPS preferred alternative and the environmentally preferred alternative, as described in the EA.
