Crossroads Draft Implementation Plan

Crossroads of the American Revolution National Heritage Area is preparing a Management Plan and Environmental Assessment in accordance with its enabling legislation. The Environmental Assessment outlines the vision and goals, issues identified during scoping, alternatives considered, and identification of a preferred alternative for public review and comment. A Draft Implementation Plan has been developed as a separate document and is attached to the Environmental Assessment to outline the preferred alternative in additional detail.
