Public Scoping Documents
The public scoping comment period will open January 28, 2011 and close on February 28, 2011. During the public scoping comment period, all interested persons will be given the opportunity to review and provide comments on the proposed bridge project. Public scoping is a part of the process to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
