Section 106 Materials


In accordance with 36 CFR 800.3 of the regulations of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the National Park Service (NPS) is in consultation with the District of Columbia State Historic Preservation Officer (DC SHPO) on a project concerning repairs and renovations at the Petersen House. The materials provided below are meant to provide information pertaining to the project and the consultation that has occured through the Section 106 process to date.
