This newsletter describes the purpose and significance of Big Thicket National Preserve as stated in the laws that established them. Also in this newsletter is a chart describing the process we will follow in developing the general management plan/environmental impact statement. As this chart notes, we will hold public meetings and workshops throughout the planning process.
