02. Internal Scoping Summary

Attached is a short description of topics discussed during internal scoping. Internal scoping is the inital step in the planning process. During this process, park staff met to identify draft purpose, need, and objectives as well as discuss potential issues to be addressed by the plan.

The summary provides additional background information about the plan and planning process.
