Public Scoping Information


The Superintendent of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park is announcing a 30-day public scoping period to solicit public comments on the proposed repair of a Retaining Wall at 11900 River Road, Potomac, Maryland. During this scoping period, the public is invited to identify any issues or concerns they might have with the proposed project so that the National Park Service can appropriately consider them in an environmental assessment. You may submit comments electronically through this website or submit written copies to the below listed address. Only written comments can be accepted.
