The park has prepared the attached draft Environmental Assessment (EA) to evaluate the impact of a proposed expansion of the Encore Circle patio.
Please note that, due to the large size of the document, we have split it into two parts for convenience in downloading and viewing. The full Environmental Assessment consists of both Part 1 and Part 2.

Written comments, either through this website or via postal letter, will be accepted only during the 30 day public review period. Letters must be postmarked by midnight on March 31, 2007 to be considered.
