Eelways - Historic Dams #4&5, Public Scoping Information

At this time, the Superintendent of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park is announcing a 34-day public scoping period to solicit public comments on the proposed construction of eelway passage structures at historic Dams # 4 & 5 on the Potomac River. During this scoping period, the public is invited to identify any issues or concerns they might have with the proposed project so that the National Park Service can appropriately consider them in the EA. You may submit comments electronically through this website or submit written copies to the below listed address. Only written comments can be accepted.
