This is the signed final Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) among the National Park Service, the District of Columbia State Historic Preservation Officer, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation regarding the issuance of a special use permit for demolition of the Foundry Branch Trestle Bridge in Glover-Archbold Park in Washington, DC pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
