Scoping letter for the Javelina Picnic Area project

This letter provides a general description of the project. Its purpose is to inform the public of the upcoming project planning and solicit comments and suggestions concerning items that the park should consider in the Environmental Assessment. On April 26, the public review period was extended until Friday, May 12, 2006.
