King Family Home Site Plan / Environmental Assessment


The National Park Service (NPS) invites you to review the Site Plan / Environmental Assessment (plan/EA) for the home of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his family, known as the King Family Home. Through this plan/EA, the NPS proposes long-term strategies to rehabilitate the home and provide opportunities for visitors to learn the story of Dr. King's life and legacy, including the family's connections to the Vine City neighborhood and their contributions to the Civil Rights Movement.
