Rehabilitate Cleetwood Trail and Repair Failing Facilities at Cleetwood Marina NEPA Documentation

The Superintendent and Interdisciplinary team reviewed the scope of work and supporting documentation for the proposed project to Rehabilitate Cleetwood Trail and Repair Failing Facilities at Cleetwood Marina and all applicable associated compliance documentation and consultation (e.g. National Environmental Policy Act, National Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Wilderness Act, Tribal consultation under EO13175, and other related laws and policies). Under NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act), a "categorical exclusion (CE)" is a category of actions that a federal agency has determined, based on experience, normally do not have a significant effect on the human environment and therefore, do not normally require an environmental assessment or environmental impact statement. A Categorical Exclusion was selected for this project and is documented in the attached form.
