Final Monument wide Programmatic Agreement

This PA was executed on December 13, 2024. It lays out the process by which Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act will be carried out at the Monument. It was developed in consultation with the Maine State Historic Preservation Office, Penobscot Nation, Passamaquoddy Tribe-Motahkomikuk, Passamaquoddy Tribe-Sipayik, Mi'kmaq Nation, and Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians.
