Earlier Work - 2002 Arlington Boathouse Feasibility Study

This "feasibility study", officially titled Facility and Site Analysis for a Boathouse on the Potomac River at Arlington County and Vicinity, was completed in 2002 in order to fulfill a 1998 Congressional request.

The study discusses the potential issues and locations of the facility. Gives good background information of earlier stages of planning for this project; however, it should be noted that site specific designs and other general information are no longer relevant. The next steps of the current EIS planning process will update this information.
