Livestock Plan Environmental Assessment

Theodore Roosevelt National Park has developed a Livestock Plan Environmental Assessment to address horses and cattle herds within the park, under relevant laws, regulations, policies, and park management priorities including the conservation of native species and natural prairie ecosystem functions. This page will be the primary location where information on the planning process will be shared with the public. Comments on the Livestock Plan Environmental Assessment will be accepted during September 25 - November 24, 2023.
