Polychrome Area Improvements: Changes to Staging and Project Areas

This documents that the changes to the staging and project areas for the Polychrome Area Improvements project do not have the potential to cause significant adverse impacts and no extraordinary circumstances exist. It demonstrates why the use of a categorical exclusion (CE) is appropriate and it is exempt from the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirement to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
