The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Repairs to the Fort Jefferson Counterscarp and Dredging of Selected Areas Environmental Assessment was signed by NPS Regional Director Mark Foust on June 13, 2023.

The FONSI and EA constitute the record of the environmental impact analysis and decision-making process as required by the National Environmental Policy Act.
