KALA 217676 Environmental Assessment

This environmental assessment (EA) to rehabilitate and upgrade the existing electrical system at Kalaupapa National Historical Park (the Park) presents one action alternative and a no-action alternative and assesses the impacts on the natural and human environment that could result from implementation of the proposed action alternative compared to the no-action alternative. This EA has been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Hawaiʻi Environmental Policy Act (HEPA) and provides compliance for project implementation on both federal and state lands.
