April 2022 Stakeholder Input

The park is requesting your input as we develop possible alternatives for addressing wilderness issues in big wall climbing areas. The following is a tentative schedule for planning and implementation:

- April 2022: Stakeholder Meeting and Scoping
- July 2022: Develop Planning Alternatives
- August-October 2022: Public Engagement
- November 2022: Analyze Public Comment
- Winter 2022: Management Decision
- January 2023: Public Rollout of Decision and Implementation Strategy

Your comments may include answers to these topic questions, but you are also welcome to share any additional thoughts to help us develop strategies for protecting and enhancing wilderness character while providing opportunities for big wall climbing.
