PEPC and Parkplanning will have an outage from 5 PM to 10 PM MT on July 19th due to network maintenance. Please plan and save your work accordingly.

The Ice Age National Scenic Trail Marquette County Corridor Planning Process will plan, map and delineate a corridor approximately 2-5 miles in width, through which the remaining trail segments will be developed in Marquette County.

Early civic engagement and scoping was conducted in 2012, with public open house meetings held in Marquette County in May 2013. Alternative corridors were identified and shared in 2014. Based on the input received at these meetings, and criteria for placing the trail—significant geological and biological resources, scenic views, linkages to communities, and public lands—a preferred corridor alternative with possible route options has been identified.

The NPS and partners have completed the Corridor Plan and Environmental Assessment and a Finding of No Significant Impact.
