The public comment period for the Badger Pass Ski Lodge Rehabilitation Environmental Assessment was open during the summer of 2010.

The National Park Service has determined that implementation of the Badger Pass Ski Lodge Rehabilitation will not have a significant effect on the quality of the human environment. A Finding of No Significant Impact was signed on June 30, 2011. Therefore, and Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.

Rehabilitation will occur according to the Selected Action as specified in the Finding of No Significant Impact. Structural improvements to the Badger Pass Ski Lodge deck are scheduled for the summer of 2013. Additional work will occur as funding becomes available.
