September 2006: Project Scoping Statement released to the public
January 2007: Park identifies five primary alternatives
February-October 2007: Park staff prepare the draft Plan
November 2007: draft Plan receives NPS regional office review
January 2008: draft Plan release for 60-day public comment period
March 24, 2008: Public comment period ends
Spring 2008: Park staff review and consider public comments
Summer 2008 (dependent on public comment): Final Plan and EA are released
