Canyonlands National Park is in the preliminary stages of developing a Comprehensive River Management Plan for the Green and Colorado rivers and their tributaries. The purpose and need for the planning effort has been developed, and the draft management zones, desired conditions, and key issues have been identified. Preliminary alternatives have not been developed yet.
