Step 2. Collect and Analyze Resource and Visitor Use Data
Step 3. Develop Alternatives and Assess Impacts
Step 4. Distribute Draft RPS/EIS for Public Review and Comment
Step 5. Analyze Public Comments and Revise RPS/EIS Accordingly
Step 6. Distribute Final RPS/EIS and Release Record of Decision
Step 7. Submit Study Recommendations to Congress *

A Report to Congress has been transmitted to the House Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests, and Public Lands. It will be up to Congress to decide what actions to take, if any.
