The Nathan Hale Park Environmental Assessment will be available for comment for 30 days starting on August 20. Written comments can also be sent to 15 State Street, Boston, MA 02109 ATTN: FLP Mailed comments will be accepted for an additional 14 days.
NOTE: Additional time for comments has been added to this pubic comment period. Comments through PEPC will be accepted through September 21, 2021

Step 1. Release final plan/decision document to the public
The Environmental Assessment was completed, posted for public review from August 20 to September 24, 2021. A Finding of No Significant Environmental Impact (FONSI) was completed. The FONSI was signed on January 20, 2022.
