Western Area Power Administration will be conducting three public scoping meetings near the project area to present the project and gather public input regarding issues and concerns.


 
Description:
This project proposes to rebuild the Lovell to Yellowtail No.1 and No. 2 115-kV transmission lines and to upgrade the lines to be capable of operating at 230-kV.

The rebuild of the transmission lines will occur in 2 phases. Phase I will only include the transmission lines within the NRA boundary, and a short segment crossing BLM land. Phase II will include the rebuild of the transmission lines located outside the NRA boundary.
