Description:
The Draft Restoration Plan 4 and Environmental Assessment proposes projects to partially restore resources injured by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The Draft Plan evaluates a reasonable range of 14 alternatives under the Oil Pollution Act (OPA), including criteria set forth in the OPA natural resource damage assessment (NRDA) regulations, and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and its implementing regulations. Two No Action alternatives are analyzed. Ten alternatives are identified as preferred.

Each webinar will consist of a formal presentation with information about the draft restoration plan. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers and public comment during the webinars.
