This project has been categorically excluded from further review under the National Environmental Policy Act. The National Park Service, Mojave National Preserve may proceed to control musk mustard, an invasive, non-native plant, at a parcel of land known as Barnwell that also is home to Mojave milkweed, a California rare plant.
