While working on the roof of the Dean House, it was discovered that several courses of bricks in all three chimneys are loose and the mortar is gone. The top 3-4 courses of the two chimneys on the older (east) part of the house will be re-tuck pointed using the original circa 1950 bricks whenever possible. The west chimney on the newer part of the house, built in 1993, will be torn down to the roof level and rebuilt.
