Implementation of USFWS Raven Control Plan for Recovery of the Desert Tortoise
The National Park Service has categorically excluded the actions of a raven control plan by the US Fish & Wildlife Service from further review under the National Environmental Policy Act. The USFWS prepared an environmental assessment and concluded with a findings of no significant impact. As a separate federal agency, the NPS was a cooperator during the environmental assessment process. The USFWS may proceed with implementation of raven control actions in Mojave National Preserve.
