Rehabilitate and Upgrade Visitor Center Curatorial Area HVAC

In this project, workers will replace the air handling unit (AHU-3), repair supply air and fire dampers, replace electrical supply and controls to AHU, install thermostats, and put thermal heating panels back into service. All work is in the interior of the 2000 addition to the VC. No exterior work is scoped. Work is largely in utility spaces and curatorial storage.
