The National Park Service (NPS) is requesting pre-NEPA public input on the proposed issuance of a Special Use Permit for the Summer Club community to construct a proposed new dock. Please see the available newsletter for information on the purpose and need for this project, the proposed action, and alternatives. This current public comment period, which began August 30, has been extended until October 14, 2024. The comments received will inform the NPS' analysis of the permit application and the development of the documents analyzing the environmental impacts of the proposed dock.
