This project involves the repair and repainting of the historic two story Shutt House (HS-17) consisting of 5,170 square feet of painted exterior surfaces. Minor repairs of building elements will be accomplished prior to applying one primer coat of exterior primer and two finish coats of exterior latex paint in historic colors to all painted surfaces.
