Relocate Tubbs Cordage Office and Sea Fox

San Francisco Maritime NHP is planning to temporarily relocate the Tubbs Cordage Office and the pilot house of SEA FOX from the Hyde Street Pier (HSP) at 2905 Hyde Street to the area adjacent and just east of the covered bocce ball courts located at 1000 Beach Street. The tentative start date is the calendar year 2022. The site preparation, move of the historic structures, and securing of the location after the move is estimated to take at least 30 days to complete. Both the Office and SEA FOX will then undergo a restoration and preservation process to further stabilize them before their return to Hyde Street Pier in 3-4 years. Once they are returned to the pier, the area will be restored to its current form and all materials associated with the project will be removed.
