Foresta Meyer Barn Wayside Exhibit

Yosemite National Park » Foresta Meyer Barn Wayside Exhibit

This project is a second phase of the Foresta Barn restoration project. This interpretive wayside exhibit panel interprets the cultural landscape with photos and captions about the Meyers Barn, Coulterville Road, and American Indian ties. Language and graphics were reviewed and approved by subject matter experts and the American Indian components came from text already submitted for tribal review on another wayside project. The panel installation requires one post hole to be dug and a concrete footer poured. It will be within the road prism in a previously disturbed area. The post hole will be 18 inches by 12 inches by 22 inches (deep).
