El Portal Grocery-Convenience Store Concession Contract Issuance

The existing concession contract held by Hugh Carter and partners will expire on 12/31/2007. This project will include the development and issuance of a new concession contract for a grocery/convenience store. The new concession contract will replace the existing concession contract and authorize visitor services within the existing structures and footprint currently assigned to the existing contract. No changes in services offered are being planned. It is the current expectation of the park that this contract will remain in effect until planning for the administrative site can be finalized at a future date.
