El Portal Community Hall Temporary Storage Shed

Placement of temporary storage shed behind the Interagency Fire Station in El Portal will allow the El Portal Community Association (EPCA) to store materials ( those that are currently stored in the Community Hall) in a dry, safe, and secure location during interior rehabilitation projects of the Community Hall building. Temporary storage shed will be placed on concrete piers (or other means as requested) above grade level; thereby not requiring any ground disturbance and easily removed when rehabilitations are completed. Temporary storage shed will either be a pre-manufactured purchase, or constructed by hand on site. Written permission has been obtained to place temporary storage shed in the proposed location behind fire station.
