Mitchell Hill and Westcott Bay Developmental Concept Plan/Environmental Assessment

The National Park Service is in the process of developing a plan for the newly acquired Mitchell Hill and Westcott Bay property that preserves the unique character of this secluded coastal wetland and forested area. We plan to Identify key resources to be protected and opportunities for visitor use, including providing for public access. We would also like to determine the suitability of the area for relocating the educational facility at English Camp as called for by the General Management Plan (GMP).
