The National Park Service (NPS) will be preparing an environmental assessment (EA) for the construction of a maintenance facility at Kelso in Mojave National Preserve. This facility will centralize existing maintenance operations that are currently located at a maintenance yard in Baker, California, at the Kelso Depot, and at Hole-in-the-Wall. The National Park Service is seeking comments on this proposal and is asking you to participate in the compliance process.
