This project will replace deteriorated and antiquated systems in the Swan Tavern. Work includes:
-Replace undersized electrical fuse panel and sub-panels.
-Replace deteriorated wiring.
-Replace antiquated HVAC and plumbing systems.
-Replace outdated two-zone fire detection system with an approximately 20-zone system.
-Install fire suppression system.
-Paint interior and fix finishes after replacing utility and fire systems.
The project will also provide for basic ABA access. Additional access considerations will be presented and implemented by a lessee depending upon the future use of the building.
