This project will remove all carpets and vinyl in he Visitors Center, Old School, Priests Quarters and Russian Bishops House and replace them, in kind. This is cyclic maintenance that occurs on non-historic interior wear surfaces at the end of the current surface's wear life. The carpet in the Visitor Center is over 20 years old, as are carpets and vinyls in other buildings.
