To provide necessary and appropriate visitor services in Yosemite National Park, the National Park Service will issue a prospectus for competitive offers for a concessions contract as the primary concessioner. Visitor services that will be required in this draft contract are overnight lodging, retail, food and beverage sales, transportation, automotive services and fuel sales, interpretive services, equipment rentals, guide services, ski and snow related services, public showers and laundry, activities and automatic teller machine services. The current contract will expire February 29, 2015. This prospectus will implement select actions within the General Management Plan, the Concession Services Plan, the Tuolumne Wild and Scenic Management Plan, and the Merced Wild and Scenic Management Plan.
