The rear decks are 8'X10' and is made of wood.The wood is drying out and cracking and warping. As this is one of two egress points for occupants it is important to maintain this feature in good condition. Replace 80 SF of wood with recycled plastic lumber. Replace 23 feet of three rung railing with plastic lumber.
