Programmatic Agreement for George Washington Carver National Monument, in accordance with a Nationwide Programmatic Agreement pursuant to Section 800.13 of the regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. The programmatic agreement provides for a large number of low-impact or repetitive actions on a daily basis that have the potential to affect properties listed in or determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places in carrying out park operations, management, and administration requirements.
