Remove and replace existing sewer drain lines from fixtures located on the lower floor level, underneath floor to manhole/cleanout located in front yard of housing unit. Existing sewer drain lines are old and composed of several different materials and have clogged up numerous times over the past few years. Maintenance crews have spent several hours unplugging the lines. Also this situation has cause several inconveniences to occupants.
Will use "PVC" piping for plumbing the sewer line. The project may require the use of "Femco" Couplings (Rubber and Stainless Steel) as needed for joining piping.
Regarding penetrating the exterior stone foundation wall, project will include patching the penetration with stone and mortar to visually match existing foundation wall surroundings.
